We believe that chairs should be designed to sit in - not just a pretty place to perch. The comfort of a chair is determined by the angle of back and seat as well as overall shape. Too sharp an angle can put strain on neck and shoulders, too wide can cause lower back discomfort. At Kingsland, we use horizontal not vertical rails. This allows us to curve the back and seat to provide gentle lower back support. Relax in a Kingsland chair - we don't think you' ll find a more comfortable seat on the market.
